USB 音洩卡應用在疲勞、拉伸、壓縮試驗…等

疲勞、拉伸與壓縮試驗已經廣泛的在各領域執行測試與使用。雖然應變規(strain gauge)已廣泛用於監測材料的應變(strain)與應力(stress)之變化，材料的初始裂縫或內部結構破損，在做實驗負載的過程中，就已經從內部開始成長，這些缺陷是無法使用目視的方法發的。 　　過去可以使用音洩技術(AE)來監測這些材料的初始裂縫或是由內部生長的缺陷，但礙於以前要將音洩技術用在疲勞、拉伸或壓縮試驗上，會有成本太高與音洩系統太過複雜的問題存在。美國物理聲學公司( PAC ) 的USB 音洩產品，是一個單通道的音洩卡系統，大小有如手掌一般。 　　它可以和筆記型電腦或桌上型電腦「隨插即用」，不需再額外接電源供應器和放大器。此外，材料的負載訊號(Load Cell)或循環計數器(cycle counter)也可以連接到USB 音洩卡上，同時記錄音洩特徵與材料所受荷重的大小、測試時間或裂縫出現瞬間的循環次數，這些記錄資訊會顯示在同一個視窗裡。
