Our Research

Welcome to our research group of Atomic Materials and Devices (AMD) in NTU ! We have been focusing on developing two-dimensional (2D) atomic layer materials such as graphene, transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD), or other new 2D materials for electronics, and energy applications. We are also dedicated to the growth of high-quality 2D materials and their applications for next-generation electronics. In addition, since the energy issue is important in modern society, we are dedicated to developing new atomic layer materials or nanomaterials for new energy applications such as artificial photosynthesis, solar-to-fuel conversion, osmotic power generation etc. There are four research directions in our group. (1)Growth of 2D materials (2) 2D electronics (3) Green and Blue energy (4) Perovskites.
