  • Research Summary:

    In our group, we focus on investigating nanostructured optical thin film, functional nanomaterials, nanofabrication, light harvesting, and light extraction techniques to develop optoelectronics devices, including broadband photodetectors, color image sensors, solar cells, and of light emitting diodes (LEDs). We also focus on developing ultrahigh sensitivity of eco-friendly bio/chemical devices and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) based sensors through nanoparticles, nanoimprint and nanoantenna techniques.
