個人學經歷(Biography & Experience)：
Biography
Accomplished engineering professional with a Can-Do spirit, showcasing robust
prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Possesses an
excellent sense of urgency and a strong sense of ownership.
Boasts over 19 years of Project/Program/Portfolio Management expertise, backed by a
solid 25-year background in engineering design & development, along with extended
Engineering Operations & Supply chain experience. Demonstrates leadership in
managing large, complex projects, exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills that unite
talents from diverse disciplines and geographies (Bay Area, India, Taiwan, Korea,
Japan, Singapore and Germany). Proven track record in product development from
concept, prototype to production.
Excels in dynamic, fast-paced working environments, adept at steering cross-functional
teams effectively. Holds a robust new product R&D background in semiconductor
capital equipment & Inkjet LCD color filter equipment development. Specializes in
mechanical design of complex vacuum, CVD, PECVD, Plasma Etch, ALD / RF plasma /
UV Curing systems, and CMP/PVD/FEP/EPI reactors, including critical components
development.
Possesses multi-lingual skills and extensive experience working with global/cross functional teams, serving as an Engineering Program Manager for multiple customers,
