演講摘要(Summary of speech)：
My goal is to construct “Science of Nano and Micro Device”, and it won’t be possible unless I establish these five main technologies, MEMS, nano-and micro-fabrication, electronics packaging, surface modification, and Bio compatible material.
In this lecture, I will introduce the following application devices, Liquid organic semiconductor devices, Develop I-structure TGV (Through Glass Via), Developed small electronic energy analyzer, Developed AR (Augmented Reality) glass, Fish scale Collagen-based regenerative medicine, and artificial intervertebral discs.
