Abstract: The technical capabilities and scientific opportunities of both full-field X-ray photoemission electron microscopy (PEEM) end-stations at Taiwan Light Source (TLS) and Taiwan Photon Source (TPS) of NSRRC will be introduced. Several investigations for two-dimensional materials will be also discussed.
