Abstract:
While the research and development of HEA is being conducted world-wide, recent attention has been drawn to high entropy oxides (HEOs). Among the recent publications, limited studies have shown the synthesis of various HEOs that exhibits unique structures and improved, unexpected properties. In thus study, a unique approach using combinatorial deposition technique and high throughput analysis were applied to explore HEO the films. Based on the obtained libraries, powders of selected HEOs were fabricated using non-conventional, facile methods. The HEO powders were made into electrodes for use in energy generation and storage. Excellent electrochemical performance is reported.
