This is the first announcement for the Hong Kong Spring School on Quantum Simulation Methods, which will be held at The University of Hong Kong from April 7th to 11th, 2014. The topics include TDDFT, Electron-Nuclear Dynamics, XC Functionals and Open Systems. And the following Professors will deliver lectures on the spring school,
