This is the first announcement for the Hong Kong Spring School on Quantum Simulation Methods, which will be held at The University of Hong Kong from April 7^th to 11^th, 2014. The topics include TDDFT, Electron-Nuclear Dynamics, XC Functionals and Open Systems. And the following Professors will deliver lectures on the spring school,
